Unable to process guest credit card transaction
This afternoon I tried to complete a guest's check-in (Nathalia Rosa). She provided me with her credit card, but when I answered her information on Stripe we received the following message: This account cannot currently make live charges. If you are a customer trying to make a purchase, please contact the owner of this site. Your transaction has not been processed."
Thus, we were unable to process her payment.
We have also received feedback from guests trying to make online reservations who are receiving the same message and unable to book.
