@courtneyloechl2 Sorry this happened to you. I suspect there are very few pages on the site that you would work longer than 15 minutes, correct? This is probably the only one. Now that you know about it, I recommend composing offline and then cut and past to HostelSnap. Unfortunately, this will have to be a low priority task compared to others. BTW, I highly recommend Lazarus. Note for future: I'd say the fix on this would be to have Ajax autosave or some Javascript that is part of the refresh script so that if any typing has happened refresh will not happen.
Yes, all good notes. I have Lazarus on my newer laptop, but was unfortunately working off my older one. Now that I know this can happen, I will work offline if needed. Thanks
this is now fixed. it will only refresh if the user is idle for more than 10 minutes. sorry for the caused frustration!
@neeeeeeext So are you using Javascript now to detect keystrokes? Because 10 minutes is of course less than the 15 mins it was set at before. .
