This Known Issue Report is related to the Promo Codes page

Have Promo Code doesn't show on some browsers

On some browser views the "Have Promo Code" link does not show. It seems to have class="hide" when there seems to be no reason to have this class.

so the most likely scenario is that you had some trackable url set inside that browser...

in any case, I just removed the class="hide" and replaced the logic with some php logic so that we avoid any js/css issues that might have preventing the removal of the class 

so this should be fixed now (code is just on dev for now @darren85 )

@neeeeeeext  Yes, I suspected that scenario.   However, I used my daughters computer to give a "fresh" browser test and it did not appear.
