Just an observation (I know this probably isn't a common occurrence): Naima had a promo code attached to her reservation giving her 2 free nights. The check in process was stopped at the payment page, the page closed, and then a warning appeared to cancel or complete. Then it was started again, and stopped again at the payment page, this time 'cancel all due'. At some point - either closing the page or actually canceling the transaction- the promo code discount ceased to apply. It's hard to tell, as I also noticed by checking another guest that if you click 'quoted price' on the reservation, it does not show a promo code attached. So it was hard to look after the fact if it was showing but not applying, or had disappeared altogether. This could all be tested on dev, just quickly documenting now.
