This page is used by the manager to easily generate reports of confirmed checkouts over different date ranges.
The manager can generate a Confirmed Checkouts report by simply selecting a date range and clicking the blue ‘Generate Report’ button. The results of the report will be displayed at the bottom of the page, which can be printed and exported into a CSV format.
Confirmed checkout data is gathered from guests upon check-in by selecting the ‘Checkout Date Confirmed’ box (shown below).
A guests checkout status can also be changed once the guest is checked in. From the Current Guests page, simply click on the date in the ‘Checkout’ column for the desired guest. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to update the guests information (shown below).
