This Known Issue Report is related to the Confirmed Checkouts Report page

Date Ranges don't show properly

The first time you choose a date range, it shows the previous range. For ex. If you click "Next 30 Days" it will show you "Next 7 Days". However if you change your selection it will show whatever you chose correctly, and then any option (including the original, which was wrong) correctly from then on.
