Reservation Cancelled?
Koyo Izawa reserved to stay for one night on 3/20/18 but no reservation showed up on View/Edit reservations or Check in Guests with Reservations. He booked on the day of arrival. His name showed a result when searching 'People Database', but it shows 2 cancelled reservations for him. This may be a mistake because he did not try to cancel. His card was successfully charged, however. I do not see a record of a reservation confirmation email send from our gmail either. I think there may be a bug of some sort?
