This Known Issue Report is related to the Hostel Log page

'Follow up' feature creates repeating task

It seems from looking at the setup wizard of tasks that any time the follow up feature is used on the hostel log, it makes it a task to repeat every week (even if it was set to reappear at one certain time)

so in actuality it will never repeat (unless you later change it to do so)
