Andew Mussey made a reservation for Feb. 2 (possibly Feb 3?) and had the $43 taken from his account, but never a confirmation email. I can't find him anywhere in the system on the reservations area (future, canceled, etc) but I did find him in the people database. His status is 'canceled' but there are no reservation details: https://pt.hostelsnap.com/guests/reservation_details/8735
He did actually want to cancel, so I refunded his payment manually via paypal, but I thought you may want to look into this.
The only clues I have: He said when he hit submit it just refreshed the reservation page. His email has a + sign in it which often causes problems in websites (his words).

Also @darren85 I had no idea there can be email addresses with a + sign... I tried creating a google account with a + inside right now and they didn't let me.
